You must use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order. Website content, prices and availability may be changed without notice. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen. Packaging may differ from images without affecting the product. Product availability is not guaranteed until we accept your order.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly accept earlier. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or an obvious error. If payment has been taken, we will refund it.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before checkout. Payment must be authorised using a method offered at checkout. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the order.
Our usual UK delivery estimate is 7–10 working days. Delivery information is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you identify. Ownership passes after full payment.

Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot normally be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated. We may withdraw a promotion where permitted, but this will not affect completed eligible orders.
Website content, branding, design and original material belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping only. You must not reproduce, sell or exploit website content without permission.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
