This policy explains cancellation, returns and refunds for purchases from MNY Traders. It does not reduce your statutory rights.
For most goods bought online, you may cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If an order is delivered in separate parts, the period runs from the day after you receive the final part.
To cancel, email nabeelyounas0@gmail.com with your name, order number, the item(s) concerned and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days from notifying us to send the goods back.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please return items with included accessories and, where reasonably possible, their original packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Do not send a return until we provide return instructions. For faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods, contact us first; where the law requires, we will provide or reimburse reasonable return costs.
For a valid cancellation, we will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. We will issue the refund within 14 days after that point, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. We do not have to refund any extra amount paid for an enhanced delivery method.
The statutory cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; sealed audio, video or software once unsealed; or goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. This does not remove rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and other rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances. Contact us promptly with your order number and details, and photographs where helpful.
Contact us as soon as possible if the order is incomplete or incorrect. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The quickest option may be to return an eligible item and place a new order.
